pfsense: fsck tricky

a risky tricky tip
Added by icy about 1 year ago  »  Votes: 2/2

Sometimes pfsense router stops to work due to hard disk problem. It waits for manual instructions when system has something wrong with the disk.

To force pfsense to fix the disk problem, simply add some lines to /etc/rc

1 /sbin/fsck -p /dev/ad4s1a
2 if [ $? -ne 0 ]; then
3 fsck -y /dev/ad4s1a
4 fi

Now it wins :)
